I sit and work for long hours, and my neck often hurts. This item helps a lot. At first, I thought it was electric, but it actually needs to be heated in the microwave. That’s fine as long as your microwave is big enough. It has a nice, relaxing smell and stays warm for about 30 minutes. I’ve used it for one month and it still works very well. I feel much better after using it for one month Very happy with this purchase!

Love this warmer! It’s comfortable and easy to use. Just put it in the microwave, and you’ll have a neck warmer with consistent warmth that helps relieve neck pain and stiffness.

Good weight to it, so it sits nicely on the shoulders. Seems well made, a soft velour fabric. Stays warm for about half an hour after microwaving for 2.5 minutes. It does feel damp when it comes out, as other reviewers have stated, which makes my neck feel damp at the back. Still unsure as to whether it am going to keep it due to this

I like the softness and the aroma is gorgeous.It has a very calming effect. The size and length are not as the picture though, it is much shorter so its effectiveness for what i wanted is not there. Hence the 3 stars. It feels damp after microwaving but that may just be the oilsIts easy to use and not too heavy. Cannot say about leakage as i am using for first time.I would recommend it though

It was much heavier than anticipated. Too large to open out fully, on a plate in the microwave. Followed the time and microwave heatings but when took out the product was quite damp. So not able to put on my shoulders until it cooled down a bit. Was heavy on my shoulders. Think next time I will get the easier one which is much lighter and just plugs into the electric. So cannot recommend for the above reasons.
