Easy to use
Reasonably priced and is easy to use and this toastie maker does not take up to much worktop space either which is ideal if you have a small kitchen like I do, this toastie maker also has a nice locking mechanism on it which makes a clicking sound when you press the top down.

Broke in a couple of days.
Very small, cheese leaking out and the plastic clasp snapped off after a handful of uses.

Love it
This was a present for my daughter and her family as they used ours when they stayed. So easy to use and cooked quickly. You can make for toasted sandwich in one so ideal for the family of four for quick snack or light lunch. Easy to clean and can be stored away in the cupboard for the next time so not too big.

Hubby just loves a tasted sandwich, it cooks them perfectly, easy to clean, and stands on its side in the cupboard without falling over, quite important when you're short on space

Smart looking functional with reservations
It works. However there are some issues.1. The cord tidy is difficult to secure the plug.2. The front of the lower sandwich mould., melted cheese issuing from the bread can seep between the moulded plate and body of the device. And a sharp knife is needed to clear after use. Being able to remove the moulded plate would be have great benefit. The plate appears to have retaining screws. But the lid and upper mould are connected through a hinge. I am resisting the need to fiddle with a screw driver to clean, while I can access the cheese with a knife.3. Uneven toasting at the front corners contrasting greatly with the inner reaches of the bread and the rear sandwiches. It’s as if the heat fails to adequately reach this area adequately to brown before the inner and rear sandwiches are ready.I am unable give the item anything greater than 3 stars because of those issues.Having stated above, I will be keeping the toastie as the issues are not enough to return.
