I started taking it twice a day for health reasons & I’ve been really surprised at the focus & calming effect it’s had on me.

Does everything it claims to. The flavor isn't off-putting either. Will order again.

Update:I'm experiencing some serious perimenopause symptoms and this stuff is amazing! The first day I took it, I felt a huge difference. Mood swings, stress, anxiety decreased with regular use. I'm sleeping better, focused and have a little more energy than I did before using this. I'm completely sold on this supplement and am recommending it to every woman I know.A hand written note by possibly Grandma or Grandpa. My heart melted. It really meant a lot to open this and see this note. Most thank you notes I get with a purchase are mass produced and copied. I haven't tried the product yet, I had to share this. Thank you.

Company values their customers, even received a recognition for being a buying customer. As far as the product goes it doesn't taste too bad, and seems to be relatively easy. Not sure if it 100% works for me yet, but I do feel more motivated after taking it. Could be placebo affect or it actually working. Either way not a bad purchase

Update- March 27…. I had to stop using this product due to the severe dry mouth/saliva issues—- like so bad my entire mouth lining and gums/ lips were sloughing daily. Cracked my lip edges and had to get intense lip treatment to heal. Even significant water intake did nothing to help. Once stopped for full week I saw an improvement in the dry mouth, so I had to quit.Bummer since the effects on my energy and mood were palpable. I’m hoping a different intake method like the capsules are maybe easier on my sensitivity.Original: I liked the taste and had a noticeable amount of energy & mood shift (noticed over a consistent 10 day time frame) however, it gave me horrid dry mouth, enough to split my lips and affect my speech if I didn’t have chapstick and a bottle of water at all times. Must drink ALOT OF WATER to combat that—— which also may have contributed to energy, calm & focus.Overall, I have not settled on being satisfied if it really only gives me extreme dry mouth & a need for more water intake. I can do that on my own accord without smearing intense amounts of chapstick on every minute of the day. half the bottle yet to go and will update when finished. Maybe I will have to look into a different intake option.
