This fryer is perfect! I have a catering company and this does exactly what I need. Fryer heats up quickly, maintains temp, and is lightweight. I ordered your product for thanksgiving expecting as advertised that I might be able to fry a turkey. This is the worst made fryer I have ever purchase the materials are so thin that I cut myself taking it out the box the aluminum is razor sharp and thin , additionally their were NO water marks for the oil mark indication and lastly their product Never warmed up to a temperature after oil placement beyond that this product was slightly bent and I am definitely returning Do Not Waste your Money buying this product!

The description says there is an oil level on the tank. Mine does not have that. The tank is not deep enough to fry turkey. You should remove that. It’s going to be great for regular stuff fries, tenders, onion rings. Those kinds of things. Hope it holds up

Worked great. Just be careful, this is a commercial fryer. May be too much for a typical circuit breaker in your home. Read all the directions first.

I Love this fryer. It did an amazing job for my Super Bowl party. Easy setup and it heats up very quickly and the minutes chart for foods was pretty accurate. Not to mention their customer service department was great because I had alittle kerfuffle setting it up but, they were quick in assisting me. I would highly recommend this product.Lisa P

Yes, the fryer is a fryer. However, as a Turkey Fryer, I would disagree. I purchased a 6 lbs turkey (very small) and I had to cut the 6 lbs turkey in half in order to fry and then repeat the process with the other half of the turkey. I would not recommend this as a Turkey fryer.On a positive note, it is a good fryer for frying smaller items - just not a whole turkey. Overall, I would not recommend if the primary purpose of the purchase is to fry a whole turkey.
