Liked the quality of the smooth finish.I was expecting a little heavier, but that is my fault. The weight is clearly described.It seems to be tubular because it is so light. If it was solid it seems it would weigh more.It is a nice tool though. I’m happy with it for the price.

Excellent arm work out, shoulder, back core and leg routine instead of normal and hand weights. Therapy back pain stick. Go for cardio work out and Tai Chi meditation focus practice. I have a full set now I believe of two of all six standard size and two katana for drawing practice bokken wooden dragon ribbons.The rings are great for practicing form, power, balance, and speed. Good for its purpose and a good tool to use for elementary martial arts training. Teaches basic upper body movements of arms for sticky hands technique. Easy to use and straight forward enough that most people can teach themselves the motions. Definitely would recommend and buy again. Good quality, but I do wish it was a little bigger.

The media could not be loaded. The ring came nicely packaged. It's sturdy and feels smooth, no rough edges or dents. There is no flexing of the metal even when I tried to bend it. It looks like it will last and hold up against abuse from constant workouts. This with its price is a good value. Will by again
