Wish i had read this before i had started it recommends using the electric self watering seed sprouter over jars which was ideal for me with a busy life style and especially when i go away many weekends. The electric ones i did have to adapt for small seeds n got... TIMESETL 304 Stainless Steel Woven Wire 120 Mesh - 30 X100CM Filter Screen Sheet Filtration Cloth..and cut to size to fit in the compartments and if you use jars as their mesh is also quite wide too i use this with those too. I would also reccomend a very fine nylon fabric type sieve to strain your soaked seeds too makes life soo easy Happy Sprouting folks 🤩

The information in this small book is good.I have given it 3 stars but it could easily be 5 stars with a bit more care & attention.The book was ripped & twisted on delivery.The photos are all in black & white (pretty uninspiring & in this day & age is it really worth saving the extra penny to print in black & white?!)My bug bear is when the titles of chapters are written at the bottom of a page, the only reason I can think an author would do this is to save a couple of extra pages of paper, but it looks so unprofessional.Such a shame to scrimp on what I see as important aspects to producing a book that otherwise is actually really informative & interesting.

Great introduction to sprouting. Lots of useful info for those new to the world of sprouted foods. A good starting point.

It may have some good knowledge but presentation let it down

There is precious little in this book that is not covered by either a quick internet search, or in the booklets enclosed in sprouting jar/greehhouse. It is badly laid out, and there are no tables for quick and easy reference. Very disappointing and definitely not worth the money.

Save your money and use it to buy sprouting seeds instead more info for free online and you tube.Sorry I wasted my money
