I purchased this supplement for my husband who is a semi truck driver. He needs to get to sleep and stay asleep by 7:30 and wake up at 2:30 in the morning. When he takes this 30 minutes before bedtime, he falls asleep instantly when he puts his head on the pillow. He doesn’t wake up groggy or feeling like his head is spinning.

I believe this magnesium is a decent product but I will say that the original formula was better. The new version of this magnesium is not the same as the old one. I hope Trace will implement the original formula again because that one was way better and I'm just being honest. I slept much better with the original version and I felt more rested.
