It's ok!
It is really hard to find a food glucomannan. I looked for hours, reading reviews, and this one I thought would be good quality. Unfortunately, I was wrong. Is not as thick as thought it will be. Yes, it does the job, but I have to take more than one to fill its effectiveness. I definitely won't buy it again.
