Couldn't be any happier with the application process of this screen protector. Went on with ease, is crystal clear, and was cut to perfectly match the dimensions of the screen. A huge plus with the BoxWave screen protector was their inclusion of a plastic squeegee card, making it painless to quickly push the bubbles out after application. I've had other brands include cardboard ones instead which are basically useless. Other than that, the kit comes with all the typical pieces which includes alcohol wipes and dust stickers.

The screen protector itself is a thin plastic film, so lacking rigidity, it is very difficult to align perfectly, and even worse, shows egregious bubbles around any mote of dust. I’m glad they included two, but despite my best efforts, I was unable to apply without dust bubbles— so ended up just taking it off.If you buy this, make sure to go the extra mile to mitigate dust or your screen will look terrible!

Protects against scratches, pretty thin.

I originally ordered a set for my PlayDate and while small, they still completely covered the visible screen. Imagine my surprise when they sent a free replacement that fully covered the screen, borders included.Set up was also easy and both times I placed the screen protector on, I was able to do so with no bubbles.

The product feel cheap, it's not like a normal glass protector that you get for other devices. It just a plastic film that has an adhesive to put it in place. Instructions are not very clear either, so I peeled the incorrect one first and got the adhesive side very dirty. Had to throw the first to the trash. Second one felt all wrong, and took it out. Not worth it at all.

I think I’d prefer a glass screen protector, but this one is thin, fits perfectly, and doesn’t really add any glare (at least not enough for me to notice)I’d buy it again if I needed another

Surprised by the good reviews here. One of the beautiful features of the Playdate is it's crisp hi resolution screen. When this screen protector is applied it significantly loses its sharpness and almost becomes fuzzy, kind of like a frosted glass. Mine came off immediately. 2 stars for the fact it would protect your screen, but the loss of visual quality is too much for me.

This protecting firm is ... not good. Its like a impossible to install because its have bad adhesion and when you take off protection layer after you install it - it simple take off not protection layer but a whole firm. And after it take off you cant re apply it, its not stick anymore just take dust and other dirt.And most fun part is trying to wash it with soap like it says here in description and on package - after you wash it its not stick, at all... only absorbing dust and stains its absolutely not real to re install after you wash it with soap)))) maybe in some laboratory where is special drying machine and filtration system for every micron of dust.After spending time and nerve with attempting to install it and wash it I just send it to trash bin. I decided to continue use playdate without protection firm or glass 😂Not recommend.
