Misfits are by far my favorite vegan protein bar. I actually enjoy the flavor and texture of the Caramel Fudge and Cookie Butter flavors; to my palate, they lack the proteinaceous taste that plagues most protein supplements.The other flavors are “fine”, but tbh, I can’t differentiate them from one another. Love the low sugar/high protein content, and the texture of the bars is surprisingly candy-like (almost nougat-y on the inside, crispy on the outside, dipped in chocolate). I’ve not encountered any of the “dryness” mentioned in other reviews—perhaps I’ve only had the new and improved recipe?These are ideal for post-workout refuel as they’re small and easily digestible (I’m rarely ravenous right after a workout) and even make (truly!) satisfying late night snacks. I’m on my second purchase and anticipate many more in my future as Misfits bars have been an enjoyable, easy way to meet my protein goals for the day.

Most of the flavors taste relatively similar, but that doesn’t mean they are bad. I did like the flavors but wish there was more of a difference between them. I also wish there was a bit more crunch. But honestly just glad there wasn’t that typical protein flavor. So 4/5 for that alone

I am always trying to find ways to up my protein and have tried numerous protein bars for the extra boost, especially when I am in the mood for something sweet. These bars hit that mark. They have a wonderful, chewy texture. They aren't overly dry or crumbly like other bars that I've tried. Great flavor and just the right amount of sweetness. They pack in a great amount of plant based protein at 15 grams and low in sugar with only 1 gram. Perfect for on the go and for a healthier snack option. Would definitely buy again!

These bars are packed with protein, have a great texture, and taste more like a dessert than a typical protein bar. I love that they’re plant-based and low in sugar, making them a perfect guilt-free treat.Here’s my take on each flavor:• Cookie Butter – Absolutely amazing! It has that warm, spiced, Biscoff-like flavor with a rich chocolate coating. Definitely one of my favorites.• Brownie Batter – So rich and chocolatey! It actually tastes like brownie batter, not just a chocolate protein bar. Super satisfying.• Caramel Fudge – A perfect balance of sweet caramel and fudgy chocolate. If you love caramel, this one is a must-try!• Peanut Butter Fudge – Classic peanut butter and chocolate combo with a smooth, creamy texture. It’s like a protein-packed peanut butter cup!• Cookie Dough – This one tastes just like cookie dough with little chocolate chips inside. Soft, chewy, and so good.I also love that these bars don’t have that chalky or artificial taste that some protein bars do. The texture is soft with a nice chocolate coating, and they actually keep me full. These protein bars are delicious! These bars aren’t like typical protein bars, they’re creamy and chewy and almost taste like a candy bar without all the junk of one. They’re a great snack on the go or right before a work out. They’re a great snack if you’re starting to work out or want something sweet without all the sugars followed by a candy bar or a treat!

The product itself is good, I actually love this flavor! Very soft inside and slightly crunchy outside. My only issue is with this particular box I received today on 04/01/2025.The manufactured date is 03/28/2024, which means it has been over a year since they were made. The box states they expire on 05/27/2025. Approximately 2 months to eat all of them, which is doable. I just would have appreciated a fresher product.Also, no packaging on this product, it ships only in the manufacturer box. Good thing my box was not mishandled/damaged during transit.Overall, I will buy this again but hopefully it will be a newer box. 🤷‍♀️
