A very well made product and good quality at a reasonable price.

Nice big umbrella but when trying to close and lock,locking pin not long enough to stay in place.

On first use of garden parasol it was it was noted that it had a defective part. The mechanism that holds it in the closed position was broken. On contacting the seller direct they agreed to replace the item and said that I could keep the broken one for spare parts. MHSTAR ARE A FIRST CLASS COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH AND I THOUGHT I SHOULD I FORM YOU OF THIS.Regards Pauline (a very satisfied Amazon Customer since 2012)

I can't see any difference in items costing twice as much. I really like the spring loaded mechinism which looks a lot better than having the winding cords flapping about. The first delivery was damaged in transit, but the customer service was top notch and sorted a replacement really quickly. We also bought some of the outsunny cushions which also seem really good value.

I bought the recommended base which you fill with water but the pole too big any one know what to do ?????

too heavy, not for domestic use, too big for domestic garden table or parasol support base.

This item seems to be well made and we are very pleased with our purchase.
