Great product!! Has thickened my hair quite a lot!! Just wish the smell was stronger and stayed in my hair longer.

I like the performance of this shampoo and conditioner. The only down side is the scent. It doesn’t have a particularly pleasant scent. Will use this up and will most likely not order again because of the scent.

I have fine and oily hair. This shampoo definitely gives me more volume and hair stays clean longer. I was so sad with the scent. It reminds me of dog shampoo. If the scent could be changed, I would definitely order again

Been dealing with thinning hair due to thyroid issues. I used to have thick hair that was easy to style. Since using the HERS shampoo the shedding has been at a minimum and this is a thickening shampoo/conditioner. Does not dry my hair out, easier to style and gives volume. I still use a styling product with this.

Not your drug store volume shampoo! I have fine hair, have always used a volume booster regimen. I ordered this after reading the reviews. I wash my hair about 3 times a-week, used this product for about 4 weeks. Did not see any difference, my hair felt no change and actually less volume after use. Does not swell hair shaft like OTC products. I agree the smell is not a pleasant smell, kind’da like a glycerin odor. It does latter and rinses out well.

Lots of comments about the smell, and I agree. I’m a smells person and I don’t like it. The smell only lasts while using the product, can’t smell it after getting out of the shower. Saying that, I bought the product to get volume to my hair, not to make my hair smell good. I can put up with a couple minutes of the smell in order to get all day volume. It does help with volume.

I was excited to try this product based on reviews; however, to much dismay! The product actually did the opposite of it's advertised purpose. I noticed that not only was it not providing volume, but it was making my hair dull, flat and greasy. It also, did not minimize the hair shedding. I do not use other produts in my hair, so it was a direct result of this particular shampoo/conditioner. Also, as a result, I was having to wash my hair nore frequently in an effort for my hair to look and feel clean. My recommendation: do not waste your money! If you are looking for a product that makes your hair healthy, significantly minimizing shedding, and providing volume, try Biolage Full Density. This has been a game changer for me. Hope this helps!
