Nice and big. Super soft works great on hard surfaces.

Perfect for exercises on a hard floor

I purchased this mat for my father who needs to do stretching and exercises for Physical Therapy. His old mat was very thin, and it didn’t provide the cushion he needed. This new mat is very thick and is perfect to help him continue his exercises without adding new aches and pains from a hard floor. He’s been using it for awhile now, and he has been very pleased with it. I would recommend the mat for others. I will add that while the thickness is excellent for my father, the mat is very difficult to roll and store away. He ends up leaving it rolled out on the floor so it’s always ready for his exercises the next day. If you are tight on space, storage of this would be tough. If you have room and you want cushion, this is the mat for you.

Adquirí el mas grande y grueso, ya que con otros tapetes, al hacer ejercicio y posiciones de yoga, me molestaban mucho al lado de los pies, las rodillas, o el huesito de la espalda baja al hacer ciertos ejercicios o posiciones. Este tapete fue la solución. Mi peso corporal es de 80 kilos, y mido 1:81 mt. El tamaño y grosor (1m x 2m x 1.181 in) me quedaron perfectos. La densidad del material es bastante buena, ni muy suave ni muy dura. El único detalle es que se requiere de un espacio amplio, tanto para usarlo así como para guardarlo. Para este tamaño y espesor especifico no considero que sea una buena opción para ir y venir con el y llevarlo al club para hacer yoga o lo que sea. Es mas bien para mantenerlo en un solo lugar, ya que no es fácil enrollarlo y transportarlo, no es tan portátil. En general muy satisfecho!.

I returned it. It might work ok to stand on while working at a bench or for running in place. Very difficult to roll up. Best to leave on the floor or leaning against the wall if you have the room. Might make a good shotgun target--probably last a long time!

This mat is exactly as advertised and a very good value for its quality.

Its thickness make it very comfortable to do yoga.
