Love them. Same as Savior socks!
The media could not be loaded. Lifelong chilly/cold feet and hands gal and live in MN. Wanted to try heated socks mainly for wearing lounging around the house and warming my feet before/during sleep. I can't sleep with cold feet. Researched many brands and decided to try both Snow Deer and Savior heated socks. These arrived first, a week before the other brand on Amazon. Turns out they are exactly the same. Likely the same manufacturer, just different brand names, but same product, function, performance to date . I'd recommend both brands-just buy the cheaper one at the time of purchase.Love them. Been using consistently for 3 months. Have washed them in a zippered bag per instructions. Work great. They warm my toes and midfoot nicely. Not aggressively, but noticeable. The highest setting "red" will auto switch to medium "white" after 5 min. This is for safety and battery life. Many times they feel very toasty and I step down to low "blue" setting.I hate wearing socks to bed, but my feet have to be warm for me to sleep. If I plan ahead, I'll warm my feet with these up to an hr before bed and then remove to sleep.Admittedly, I'm not that efficient and often put the socks on as I get into bed. They warm quickly and nicely. The battery packs tuck nicely into the pockets and don't come out overnight. If I sleep quickly, I don't get a chance to put them in the low setting, I will often awaken during the night and remove them or keep the sock on but power down. They are easy on and off and don't require a lot of brain power, which would wake me up.I use them when cold/chilly in the house too. Especially, lazy weekend days. Walking in slippers or clogs is comfortable. Don't feel the wires with these types of footwear. Haven't used them inside boots or tighter shoes. They do warm the tops and bottoms of my toes and into the midfoot. No direct heating element to the heel, but not needed for me. My heel and lower calf warm easily with the toes and midfoot warm.I ended up keeping both pairs bc I like the extra battery pack and ability to switch out. Use them almost daily. You CANNOT DRY these in a dryer and they can take a good 1-2 days to airdry. So, I'm glad I have another pair to use almost daily.Tall socks that go to upper calf, not over the knee, for me. I'm 6'2" and have 16-17inch calves and fit nicely with size Large. Not tight, but snug that they don't shift or fall down easily.

WARM TOES ! ! ! Much better than most…
Heats toes!! Finally found good quality socks that actually heat my toes. They heat the front 3/4 of my foot, heal does not seem to heat. Not an issue, as if the rest of my foot is warm, the heal takes care of it’s self. Used these during 0* weather taking care of animals on the farm and was very comfortable on low setting. Heating time for my toes was about 3-5 minutes. 👏 Wearing heavy insulated bibs, I could still find and adjust the settings. Much better than the type that connects to your phone using an app. Also, not to bulky. I could still wear my normal boots without feeling like my boots were 3 sizes too small. Heating wires within socks did not rub or bother me! Socks also stayed in place, did not have to pull them up from sliding down through out the day..Cons: 🧐They do seem to run a little on the big size, don’t over size for fitting over another pair of socks. I only wore these and had better results. If I wore over a pair of socks, my feet (toes) would stay wet (=cold), these breath pretty well. Also, batteries didn’t last the entire day on low setting, probably closer to 6-10 hrs depending on setting. 🤔I did and do recommend buying a second set of batteries so you can change out if they die. I purchased a size larger battery (7.4v 3500mAH) that seemed to last 10-12 hrs easily. Not cheap, but for me it was worth not having cold toes! 👍 Would highly recommend these with the extra batteries 👍

2 Pairs-Cold as ice. Bad costumer service. Buy regular Merino wool socks.
I initially bought these in April of last year. I didn't try these on at that time because it was spring and I didn't need them. I finally put them on in December because it was cold and I needed them. They did not heat up. The lights came on and you could change functions but the socks did not heat up. Not lukewarm. Not tepid. And certainly not flaming hot like the fire licking the socks shown on the graphic of their listing.Unfortunately Amazon will not give you a return after that period of time. So I emailed the manufacturer who actually had their email printed inside the box. They were very apologetic and shipped me a replacement. I offered to return the faulty pair provided they send a shipping label. They did not take me up on my offer. The replacements arrived in a few days. Unfortunately this pair did not work either. As with the original product, all the lights came on and you could change the functions but the socks were as cold as a pimp's heart.I made a request for a credit to my credit card because I already have 2 boxes of dead socks and I'm running out of space for things that work much less things that don't. Again I offered to send back BOTH boxes provided the manufacturer sent a shipping label. They did not take me up on this either. This is the point where the maker of cold electric socks started to become difficult. And the emails began. A total of 8 different requests from them over 2 weeks. 8 emails jerking me around was bad enough but why did it take 14 days? That's an average of almost 2 days per response. This is the age of instant communications. Come on.1. "Hi,Can I have your order number?"That was easy enough. Although they had all my information and could have easily found it in their own records.2."Hi, Please understand that sometimes such things happen but we have no intention to upset you. We will send you a new pair socks. In order for us to send it as soon as possible, please give us your address in the following format."They are being considerate. Although they are again asking for information they have and now in a specific format. But OK. Done.3. "Hi, Thank you for your understanding. We just arranged a new shipment through amazon by standard shipping and paid for shipping on our side, and delivery may take 3-7 days. Have a nice day :)Excellent! They paid shipping and I even got a "Have a nice day."4. "Hello, You're very welcome! I'm thrilled to hear that everything is to your satisfaction. If you wouldn't mind, a positive review on Amazon would be incredibly helpful for us. Your feedback is valuable and greatly appreciated. Thank you once again, and have a wonderful day!'This one is misleading because my response was simply "Thank you for your quick response and professionalism." No one mentioned satisfaction yet. Remember this is the second pair and I've already spent hours researching, reading reviews, evaluating input, contacting Amazon, getting the runaround from Amazon, emailing Snow Deer and replying to three emails in the exact format that they requested. They did say "have a wonderful day!" though.5. "Hello, Please send us a video showing the socks being opened and demonstrating that they are not generating heat. This will help us to better assist you with your issue."Uh oh. Showing me opening up the boxes on a video is easy enough but how the hell can I show them "not generating heat"? Unless I'm missing something, that's beyond the limitations of a video. I explained this to them in my reply.6. "Hello, Please send us a video showing the socks being opened."Ok. Guess they gave up on the "not generating heat" thing. Now we're getting somewhere. I recorded a video of me opening both boxes. I can almost feel the warmth on my feet.7. "Hello, Thank you for your message. We require a video from you that demonstrates the following steps: connecting the battery to the socks, turning on the socks, switching through the different settings, and showing the changes in the lighting as you adjust the settings."We just took an ugly turn. Now I have to create a long form video showing the complete functions of 2 different but identical products that don't work and in the end will still not prove that they are "not generating heat".So I started to assess the wasted time and billable hours I've spent in trying to get back my $47.99 for these cold fishes they call heat socks and decided there was only one way I was going to have warm feet with Snow Deer. Burn them.Disclaimer: Snow Deer socks burning images is for illustration purposes only. This graphic does NOT imply that these units could catch on fire. Far from it.
