I take a scoop of this before lifting and it really puts me in the mood to lift. I am a novice on and off going to the gym but my workouts have drastically improved because of this product. I don't feel sick or any after effects from taking it so I love it and highly recommend it. I haven't tried many other products but this tastes great and does the job for me.

The only downside of this creatine is the price, in the last couple years they have tripled the price, it is way overpriced compared to other creatine.

Taste great with 16ozs of water...I take it 20 mins before workout and I feel strong and ready to lift the whole gym...after one week I've went up in weight on all my exercises..after one week my muscles feel harder and look fuller..awesome product and it instantly dissolves which is pretty crazy considering that this is creatine

This stuff is effective, but I recommend avoiding thigh and butt workouts if your pants are tailored.

Been using CL Products off and on for 4 years. Green Mag has always been my favorite "designer" creatine.I do notice that Green Mag has made me feel more bloated at times.Taste is as good as legends tell. Actually gets better over time in my opinion.

I've taken Green Magnitude creatine every morning for about 3 years. I use about a half scoop or more per serving. I drink it with carbonated water. Other creatine monohydrate brands used to cause intense headaches and bloating. Green Magnitudes formula seems to work well for me personally, I never, ever, ever get headaches and experience 0 bloat. I'm a hard gainer for weight, I was stuck at 140 pounds for my wrestling division for years and I put on 15 pounds of lean muscle by working with a real physical therapist and strength coach every day for 3 years while supplementing with just good food and Green magnitude.I find it highly effective for myself as a high school/college athlete. I recommend.

It smells like candy, it doesn't taste awful, but the mildly sweet after taste of imitation green apple will be there, lingering on your tongue for the rest of the day. Drinking water, eating afterwards, brushing your teeth, rinsing your mouth out, nothing got rid of it. Ugh!!! 😫. I tried to get over that issue. i could not. In the end, i threw the rest of it in the trash. Unflavored from now on.
