A surprise bonus…
I take these before bed and definitely notice that I dream intensely when I’ve taken them, which I’ll assume is because I’m getting better REM sleep. As a result, I do feel more rested and seem to yawn less than I used to.More interesting is the enormous loads I’m able to produce when I’m full of zinc and magnesium. Like a shire horse. Mrs looks a plasterers radio.
