The media could not be loaded. Absolutely amazing! Such an aggressive yeast! It’s like acid working. I’ve used it many times and have excellent results. I’ve added a video of my Pear wine fermenting 12 hours in.I Highly recommend trying this yeast.

good stuff
gets the job done at a good price

Very Fast
Whats not to like with this yeast. Ive used the turbo yeast and all the charcoal stuff and finings and it just costs loads for the same result as this yeast gives. I split a pack of this in half and add 7g of high alc wine yeast to each half and pour into two seperate 25 ltr tubs of 7 kg sugar and water and let them go. I let them go until they stop bubbling ( about 8 days) then scoop out 4.9 litres straight into my air still. 4.9 litres gives me 800 ml of clear spirits which i bottle,(50 litres is about 10 runs through the still). i keep going until all the wash is gone. I then get my spirits back into the air still and distill down again, im normally at about 80 abv now. Its then through an active charcoal filter ( homemade) twice before i dilute it back down to 40% with water, its then perfectly clear vodka.

Does what it says on the packet and goes off like a rocket
Pitch enough sugar to take it all the way to 20%, the other ingredients to give it some 'body', then the yeast, and the whole lot fizzes into action in less than 12 hours. 6 days later and it's all done. As they tell you on the packet, it does heat up while it's working so it's best to keep it in a cool place, but other than that it's pretty much plain sailing.

Save a fortune!
You will be astounded by this yeast. I make 80 liters at a time with 20kg of sugar and some fruit and vegetable matter. You will have to learn to control your drinking though as the results are absolutely lethal! I water each glass down with 50% water. 80liters lasts me over two months. Think about it!

The fast and the fermented!
If you want something fast, this is great! It's fast and furious, so much so that you can hear it fizzing away on day 2 of your fermentation! I made a rose, did very well, very quickly!
