High quality, well organised tech backpack
I delayed submitting a review on this bag until I'd actually used it for a few weeks. I got it primarily as a work bag to hold my laptop, i-pad, various chargers and cables, stationery and work papers/files. I’d been using a messenger bag up till now but it lacked organisation and the flap closure on these is never very secure. So far I'm very happy with my Ogio renegade. There is plenty of storage space that makes it ideal for organising. On the front there is a small front organiser pocket (with a few small compartments within), a larger pocket behind (with a tablet specific compartment at the rear) and a smaller crescent shaped pocket above it with two net pockets inside. The main compartment is large enough to take A4 papers/ document wallets. There's a valuables pocket on top, which I initially thought was a bit of a gimmick but I find is actually an ideal place to keep sunglasses with its soft protective lining and I really rely on it now. At the back there’s a fleece lined laptop pocket. It takes my 13” Macbook Pro comfortably but I would doubt it would take the 17” laptop that it’s name infers. There are 4 further side pockets, which are ideal for chargers and power cables. There is also a small pocket on the left shoulder strap but I’ve found it to be too small to be of any real use. There is also a sturdy carry handle on top.My normal usage for the bag is from home to office and involves less than 5 minutes walking from the car however I’ve also taken it on a number of longer trips, including a couple of occasions where it was my only luggage on a couple of overnight trips and found that it can swallow a change of clothing and toiletries if you pack carefully. It doesn’t have the deep profile of some Wenger bags and can be easily stored in overhead lockers or under the seat in front when on a plane. The carrying system is the most comfortable that I’ve experienced other than from a hillwalking specific pack. It carries well and the padding on the back means that there are no uncomfortable protrusions. It’s not perfect though. It would benefit from a larger organiser pocket and more internal organisation. I’ve got around this by using some small pouches and a grid-it, which I keep in the deceptively large tablet pocket. For the price the quality is excellent, far superior to competitors like Wenger. The inside is also very well finished, with a quality lining, something that lets a lot of bags done. The zips are rugged and of high quality. The organisation is the big positive here with the multitude of pockets – a place for everything and everything in its place.

Not cheap, but I absolutely love this backpack
This is far from cheap, but this is an excellent backpack in my opinion.I was looking for a bag that could take all my business/computing equipment. This is a bag I take with me to any meeting or any trip.It looks smart, but it is not really a professional business backpack, but the capacity and flexibility of this bag is so good you can overlook this.Really good quality, with a nice feel and construction, there is bags of storage space. I can carry all I need and more on a daily basis. Good sized strong zips, plenty of compartments.I think the clincher here is that the laptop compartment is really stiff and well constructed, with the bottom of the pouch being raised from the bottom of the bag. This means that when a laptop is in the bag, if dropped to the floor, the laptop will not hit the ground, because it is encased in a pouch. Basically the best form of protection you could ask for in a bag.

The best backpack I had, and OUTSTANDING customer service
World-class customer service (thanks Tom) I mention why at the end of this review. In terms of the backpack itself, the backpack is of excellent quality, and I have carried my MacBook Pro 2021 in it for almost two years with no issues at all. I do use an additional soft zip cover (just for piece of mind over the MacBook), but it slides into the dedicated compartment, and the zip shuts well. The hard case compartment (top pocket) is ideal for carrying a mouse or anything else that might break, as it has a hard shell casing around it to protect delicate items. The rest of the backpack has plenty of room inside it.I had this backpack for just over two years and the strap at the front tore, the backpack was still functional but the strap at the front has a zipped pocket and it tore at the seam. This was after two years of solid use. I contacted Amazon and for the first time In my life I felt let down by Amazon, they said they couldn't help as it was 2 years old. I told them it is advertised with a lifetime warranty on OGIO's site but they still said they couldn't help.I contacted OGIO and their customer service was outstanding. I didn't think I would encounter customer service better than Amazon before, but I did in OGIO. They sent me a replacement bag via UPS which was here within the week, and sent me UPS tracking label to send the faulty bag back to them.If you want a superb backpack, from a brand that won't disappoint you, you can't go wrong with this bag.

Great backpack for carrying all your tech gear
I found this to be a really good backpack if a little expensive. Lots of individual pockets to store all your tech gear and very comfortable to carry. One small design flaw - when closing the semi-circular pocket, the zip pulls from the large middle pocket always seem to get caught unless you close them to one side - my OCD means they zips have to be closed in the centre of each pocket :) Also the zip pull from the semi circular pocket itself came off within 3 or 4 days of use, not due to excessive force. Will need to find a way to get it stitched back on.Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend it if you're looking for a solid backpack with plenty of space for day to day travel (laptop, power supply, headphones, pens, glasses, notebooks, lunch, waterbottle, iPad, phone, sunglasses and all sorted of cables/chargers).

Beautiful Luggage
I know its expensive for a rucksack, but after using it a good while now you can see why. Very well made indeed. Strong, sturdy, excellent robust stitching, looks the nuts, and pockets for days. The tardis of rucksacks. The laptop compartment is bullet proof. I have no worries about putting my expensive equipment inside it. A 5 star product all day long. I got mine in a sale so the price was even better. Well done Amazon for being the king of retailers. Sorry the woke generation won't like that. The gender neutral of all retailers.
