rOtringTikky Mechanical Pencil HB 0.50mm - White Barrel

Everything you'd want from a mechanical pencil. Lost my last one, so purchased again. It’s well built with a reliable mechanism. I personally find it great with 2b lead for drawing with.

Well made and feels good in your hand. It is light but does not feel cheap or flimsy.It has a unique feel in your hand. Rummaging in your bag or pencil case you could find it quite easily and quickly by touch alone.Refills are easy too and the eraser in the cap works well.The price is acceptable and there are plenty of colour options. I have two , a Brown one for 2H lead and blue one for blue lead.One of them has been in use for 8 years and I can imagine it lasting 8 more easily.

I have owned one of these pencils before and it needed replacing after the feed mechanism basically gave up. But that was with 3 years of everyday use.The barrel is plastic with a rubberised grip and is comy to use. The new pencil is in the orange colour but it is super vibrant, almost florescent. Not that I mind because it means no one can steal it and not be noticed.Anyway.It's a pencil. So long as you out good quality graphite in it it should work flawlessly.

My go to pencil for all drafting.

rOtring is a very well known brand so when I saw this for such a cheap price I was surprised as that name usually comes with a price tag. Well, it is an excellent mechanical pencil than is sold, comfortable to hold and the mechanism is accurate and easy to use. If you need to draw fine lines or detailed diargram and schematics this little beauty won't do you any wrong!

Love this pencil. Nice grip, good propelling mechanism. I still like my old Staedtler ones because they have a spring mechinsm behind the lead which absorbs impact and reduces risk of lead breakage and the Rotring ones don't have that feature, but still a very nice pencil to use.

Not the colour I thought I was getting. ordered yellow .BUT not the kind of yellow that could stop traffic on an unlit country road. Can't be bothered to return

The media could not be loaded. This pencil has excellent clickiness and tactility. I'm not a pencil snob or anything, but I can absolutely tell the difference between writing with this and writing with a cheap-o mechanical pencil.

rOtring stands for quality and this is not exception. Moderately priced but high quality value packed writing in a click. Easy to use and refill too.

It is a classic and every word written is unnecessary.

First, it's not made in Germany where original Rotring is from. I have 20 years old Tikky, which still in tact, in full everyday use, which is from Germany. Wished this was an upgrade, but it's from China, and hope it stands the name, if it's not a knock-off. Otherwise, for the price of $10, it functions good.
