For me, they curb my appetite
90% of the time I have either shredded wheat or oatmeal for breakfast, I started taking two of the green tea extract capsules and at 5 pm I am not hungry. I never eat lunch, before starting the green tea extract I would be hungry about 5 pm but now I am not hungry when the wife says dinner is ready so I don’t eat as much. Not everyone will have same results as I but I believe it works for me.

Huge bottle
Well this says to take with a meal but I take them right when I wake up before I go get on the treadmill. I take them on an empty stomach and they help cut through the brain fog. About 30 minutes into my treadmill. Walking in the morning, I feel these kick in and they give me a considerable boost. Boost. The polyphenols and cathechins that are in green. Tea are very good for reducing inflammation. But these do have a caffeine effect to them when taken on an empty stomach. I don't get jittery on them so these are good.

Overall good
It has a normal size pill, odorless and tasteless.I would say that it needs to have more info like the amount of caffeine per serving, how to take it, and what it is good for.

Healthfare ECGG Green Tea Extract
This Green tea extract is made in the USA. My bottle arrived with a safety seal on the lid and an expiration date of 05/2024 (1 year). The recommended dosage is 3 capsules with a meal. Personally, I am only taking 1 capsule per day since I wanted to make sure I limited my caffeine intake and I am not 100% sure how much caffeine is in this supplement. Each serving of 3 capsules provide 2,100mg of green tea extract.

Green tea benefits in a pill
I've been taking green tea extract for years and was happy to find and test out this Healthfare brand green tea extract. I've been taking this Healthfare green tea for about two weeks now and am pleased with it. I like that it has high concentrations of the "good stuff" in green tea, such as EGCG, catechins and polyphenols, which to be honest I am not sure exactly what these substances are but I know they are beneficial to humans in numerous ways, such as controlling blood sugar levels and protecting the skin, brain and heart. The capsules are small (about the same size as typical capsules) and easy to swallow. The directions say to take three capsules per day but I am taking two per day because I don't want to overdo the caffeine. I'm assuming these contain caffeine becaues all the other brands of green tea extract I've taken over the years have contained caffeine. Unfortuately, the label does not say how much caffeiene these contain, so I'm having to guess and take two per day. I certainly do like that these are made in the USA which provides peace of mind.

Seemed very potent
I drink green tea everyday, but I drink decaffeinated. I was concerned this supplement might be too powerful for me. The pills are small and easy to swallow. The dosage said take 3. I started with 1. I’m glad I did. It did make me feel more energetic, but at night, I did have trouble sleeping. I tried it for a couple more days to see if I’d get used to it, but I didn’t. Even at just one pill it disrupted my sleep - which is a no go for me.
