Bought these for our path and these ones were great

exactly what I wanted to replace halogen underground light (which had been discontinued).this was exactly the size I wanted and is reasonably well made -- the top metal part is good to look at when in the ground and the plastic bod is reasonably solid.nothing can be opened and it's just a case of connecting to power supply and off you go.this item is low voltage (12v) so must be used with a transformer which the previous lights worked off of and did not need to change anything on this.the only comment I will make is to ensure you strip the plastic wire case of the ends you connect to the power. For the those that I've installed it's best to ensure there's enough metal of the cable (does not look like copper), and is well seated in you terminal block/connection to the supply.In a couple of cases where I did not strip these back, I had to disconnect, re-strip and re-connect -- after this was fine.the light given off is quite a white (almost blue/white) light and not a "warm" led type/yellow glow,Updated : 2nd May 2018I've since ordered more of these on the back of the original order and also upgraded from 4 stars to 5. I was probably being a little harsh on the "connections" above and all othe others I've since installed have worked fine.I still have a few "old" halogen lights to replace which I'm doing on a case by case basis (when they old lamps go), however will do the remainder during the summer months regardless when the weather is better.Overall really pleased with this product.Updated : 26th Nov 2018I've had to reduce my review and feedback further on the basis I've had several of the "new" lights fail. Either they have not worked from the get/go or after a few days, to a week, to a few weeks some of the "lamps" have dimmed and then gone off.On the basis this lamp/light is not replaceable this then means the unit is no longer functional.After all the good things I said, this is rather disappointing and maybe a bad batch. I still like the looks/size and price of the lights, however this is only as good as it working for a sensbile/reasonable period of time.I will be contacting the seller to raise my conerns.

I purchased 16 of these lights and my first impression were rather impressed ,however now they have been outside for a week I have noticed rust appearing around the glass lenses ,I have removed 4/5 lenses and the same amount of rust seems to be coming from the light centre cut out ,I am hoping the supplier can help me please .
