Peugeot Tahiti Duo Black and white, Salt and Pepper Set, 15cm

I have long wanted a set of Peugeot salt and pepper mills having seen them in France on holiday and i decided to treat myself. I love the classic look and design of them, the build quality is fabulous and you can see the workmanship in them. They are easy to fill with sea salt (make sure you get the course sea salt I bought La Beline off amazon as flakes dont work) and peppercorns and it works perfectly every time, you can adjust the grinding from course to fine as well. I am delighted with them and pleased with the service from Amazon as ever.

It does a good job. My only issue is the top knob needs to be quite loose to get a good grind. If you tighten it at all, even a little bit, it makes it difficult to grind. Other than that, I'm pleased with this purchase.

I bought this as a repacement for a broken plastic cruet set and I am very happy with it. The monochrome design fits in very well with my modern kitchen and both mills are well crafted and have a solid feel to them. They also have a very positive grinding action which makes them a pleasure to use. Although they are much mlre expensive than the sets which are avaliable in the supermarkets their build quality and action more than makes up for the price. I would happily recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good salt and pepper mill set.

Looks really nice and has a great feel. It doesn’t grind as well as I hoped but I will buy different peppercorn to try just in case that has an influence.

Great Salt and Pepper mills. Good value at £38 - all the Peugeot quality for a reasonable price!

After going through 4 sets of salt and pepper grinders in 6 years, I decided to try these after reading the reviews.Although they are smaller than I expected, they are great quality, and they mill the salt and pepper beautifully. Definitely worth the money.

Looks nice. But can’t get it to work consistently. Loosens up easily. And if you tighten the screw at the top it won’t turn. So constantly having to adjust. Pepper works fine. Salt really struggles. For this money I expect better.
