I'm using this tea for about a week, 1 daytime tea every day and 1 nighttime tea every other night as advised. The taste is pleasant for both of them, does not give you the laxative effect however I have noticed that my cravings are more under control and I don't feel that much hungry during the day. Additionally I try to maintain healthy diet and uave planty of water during the day. Can't talk about results yet, but I definitely like that my appetite seem to be under control. I believe that I will purchase again in the future.

Good for people who want to do a detox does work

Nice flavour but I don’t use it for weight loss. It’s caffeine based and you’ll only lose water weight really as you will be weeing for England with the day time tea. The bedtime tea is very marmite (love/hate) it has a mild laxative effect for me but it’s crazy strong for everyone else I know who uses it. So be warned if you don’t need any help there.

Tea taste good but I am disappointed because there are 28 day's and only 14 night's tea bags. On the photo both packages for day and night were the same and previously I had something similar from other seller, so when I opened the envelope and got one big pack with 28 and small with 14 I felt like I was scammed... My fault as I haven't read small print but as I wrote on the photos both bags with day and nights teas looks the same sizes. Definitely won't buy again from that seller.

I was fully expecting this product to be a total waste of money. But it wasn’t! To be clear, I was not looking to lose weight, I wanted to feel a bit of a detox. The tea doesn’t taste awesome but you soon get used to it and I’ve grown to actually quite like it. The morning tea meant I felt ready to eat at about 10am. The evening tea - well id decided it was pointless to detox with a tea then eat after it, so I had it straight after dinner (therefore avoiding the occasional late night snack!). I felt lighter and brighter. I’d suggest for occasional use only, say an upcoming special event - wedding, holiday etc when you need a bit of a boost.

Used for just over a week but did not feel healthy, had bad stomach cramps when using the night time tea and with both teas I was needing to use the loo constantly. Had some bad headaches too which was probably from dehydration.
