These are brilliant, I've been trying to control my overeating and by using these it has helped a lot on controlling my portion sizes. And they're reusable too. Which makes them great value for money. Last for ages if your putting cold food in them, Obviously if you keep microwaving them it reduces their life somewhat.

These are strong and well made and perfect to help me with my batch cooking. The two parts are ideal for a main with an added side. They work in the fridge, freezer and microwave. I have not put them in the dishwasher, as it is quick and simple to wash by hand with soap and warm water, so I don’t know if they are safe in the dishwasher. I am pleased with the quality and happy to recommend them.

I have been using this brand for a while and it's very good quality to do meal preparation. There are 3 compartments to put several foods of your choice and there is no plastic smell which is great.

The media could not be loaded. This plate is so good, I sell Ofada rice and Ayamase sauce with plantain, so I needed a plate to portion them, and I saw this. It’s easier than portioning them in separate plates. it has really helped my food business (@ewamase) on instagram ,and my customers love it. It’s so compact and the quality is everything good. 💝

So far so good, I can understand where other people have mentioned that the containers have the possibility to break on the tab section as the plastics do feel to be possibility brittle but we have used them a number of times with no issues yet

As soon as I got this product I tested its leak with water as I was sick of stuff always leaking in my work bag. It isn't leak proof at all if we're all honest here. If you shake it a lot of water will come out. But if you just hold it still on its side it doesn't dribble much at all but a little bump type movement (like walking) will make it leak something little. I have taken to bringing my liquids separately or only using thick sauces as that works better. The portion I feel is suitable for a woman wanting to lose weight like myself I'm 5.2ft and 11st and feel full from this amount of food you can fit in. You can fit loads of veggies in the bigger compartment and carbs in the smaller side for example. I rammed the smaller side with mash potatoes to see how much it would fit as I'm calorie counting too and I could fit about 300g and the larger section is probably double that size.These do stack nicely and fit well together in the cupboard and don't take up huge amounts of room when fully prepped in the fridge. I'm quite happy with the product and am considering buying the smaller version to make my breakfasts in too. The plastic is a bit on the thin side so I think over time the bottom part will most likely break but the top seems stronger.

They are exactly as advertised, very good quality, portion sizes are perfect and being able to separate protein, carbs and veg is very useful.A few people on here complaining about the fact they'll not last forever and break easily. Not true, just use carefully, look after them and it'll last as long as any other container. Nothing lasts forever!The follow up email with the food prep guide is a great touch and details some really good food and prep ideas. I'll buy again when I need to from the same company just for this. Great example of how to run an online business :)
