Very good vitamins, bought my 3rd pack, but taking 2 a day. Also worth mentioning that initially I thought that they changed the composition as vitamin D was no longer listed and I was taking additional supplements. Turns out the list of vitamins and minerals continues under the sticker (they didn’t make it too obvious).

I read a lot of the reviews on Amazon before purchasing this supplement and the most common complaint was the size and smell. Which, upon first opening the bottle, I could understand. However, despite my usual dislike of swallowing such large pills (let alone three of them daily!), I soon adjusted and now don't even think of it. Along with the size, you also soon get used to the fluorescent urine. I can't say that I've necessarily felt more energised, however, I do feel at least that I'm getting all the vitamins and minerals I need, my system's been running smoothly and I've noticed I've ceased my overeating and that my appetite has leveled. I reordered these and would recommend!

Recommended mount is 3 tablets a day. And they are very large tablets. I already take several meds nd adding 3more is too much.

These are a very good multi vitamin for women. I have noticed if I take in them in morning I have zero energy dragging myself around. so I take them at night they help me relax and sleep. The reason for four stars - very big tablet with a very strong iron tablet smell. They last for ages which means great value for money!!

Felt the difference after a few days of use. Reduce tiredness. I even stopped having headaches. Yes, they look giant in comparison with any other supplements, but I didn't find them impossible to swallow. Yes, they have a very strong smell which is not amazing, but why does it matter if you buy them to feel better? Five stars. Will buy again.One important thing - do not take them without food. I did once and had nausea for next few hours. It won't happen if you follow the instructions.

Well. I've only been taking these tablets a week. But they are awesome. I had been feeling really drained and tired as my work can be rather demanding .I would constantly wish I could I'd grab a power nap. Four days into taking these I noticed I wasn't feeling bone tired anymore .now I feel basically back to my normal zesty self. I've been taking one after breakfast, one after lunch and one after dinner. Yes they do stink, your pee does become rather bright yellow ,but im increasing my water consumption ,hopefully this will sort that out and yes they do look like horse pills, But the benefits definitely out way these little niggles. I will definitely be recommending these little bad boys to all my friends.

These are fantastic vitamins, have everything in them I wanted as a vegetarian (bar potassium), however they may be far to big for many people. Very chunky and larger than capsules (think two capsules together). Have a unique smell. But I do feel the benefit of taking a good multi vitamin. Loads of the needed B vitamins & fab for us vegetarians/vegans or people who want to avoid wheat/soya/artificial stuff.
