I love my Patpet. Light, reliable. Made it super easy to train my puppy to come, most important to me. Great connection between control and collar, so that I can call my dog from afar. Threes modes: sound, vibration shock . (Only had to use latter once on low setting.)

This unit does everything it says. Battery life is amazing! Literally lasting for days. It's very easy to use. It has a feature where it can use it for one or two dogs at a time. You can adjust the intensity of the shock, although we NEVER have to, because the vibrating beep is all he needs to redirect him to something else. We use it everyday because Rocky is a Beabull. Half Beagle and half English Bulldog, which translates to being so STUBBORN. This should be his middle name! And THAT'S an understatement to say the least! The unit is a great value for the money and the collar fits small to big necks, collar IS waterproof, but remote control is NOT. This has calmed my nerves so much that I actually like my dog now.🤣

simple and easy to use. works great and seems to have a great range. our dog quickly learned to resond to just the beep tone and we can use it on hikes as well as around the yard. battery life holds very well.

Great battery life. Finally an e-collar that actually has decent battery. 3+ days. Great fit with the small metal bracket add on helps with long hair coat. Dog is under 10 lbs. Highly recommend!!

This project is a life saver, bought this for my two year old American blue nose pitbull/ bully female and she always had bad habits in our back yard. So my husband and and I decided to try this product. The adjustable strap was easy to use and it was perfect for her, it comes with three features in which she responds better with the noise feature and the vibration, now she thinks twice of going into things . The setup was very easy and the quality is good. It’s a value of your money for sure . I would recommend this product.

Originally bought this item for the beep sound and vibration setting, but I wanted to make sure the shock worked if needed. I tried everything on my own skin and it didn’t work. I reported this to Amazon and they sent me a new one free of charge (thank god) but the new one stopped working after a couple of days. First the beep sound started to sound different than before and the vibration (I can’t even put into words what it sounded like) started to decline as well. When it came time to charge it, it has completely stopped working and the collar will not charge and is completely dead. Keep in mind I’ve only had this for a couple of days. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ITEM.

We definitely get our use out of this! It was so easy to program and use! Very simple and easy to explain when needing dog sitter.

Update 90 days later: lowered to three stars instead of four, however this is still a decent collar, but there's a slight design flaw. The on/off switch is on the inside of the power unit so that it presses against the dog's neck and will occasionally turn off because it doesn't take much pressure to turn the switch off. Other reviewers have talked about the unit stopped working, and I'm inclined to think it's because the on/off switch was inadvertently turned off by the dog maybe playing around with another dog. It's not worked 4 different times for me and three times it was because the switch had been turned off and once because it was out of power. I can also confirm that the collar is waterproof as advertised as long as the rubber cover is over the charging port. My dog got out, went to play in the canals, was soaking wet and the collar still worked. Bought this looking for a lightweight device with reasonable distance ~ 3000 ft over flat land. This looked like it might fit the bill. It's lightweight all I need is the beep and the buzzer. I don't need the shock feature and previously I have used pet trainer brand that work great except it was really heavy My dog's only 45 lb.I can see what people might have a problem with the shock on this because you have to add sort of a u/v shaped aluminum extender to the prongs that actually touch the dog. When I looked at it, it looked like something you would put on the wall to tie the excess cord up from a blind or a rope but no it's supposed to shock the dog.It's the first time I've ever seen anything like that and it seems kind of weird. And I believe it might explain why people have problems with the shock part of this collar.So far the beep and the buzz works just fine The distance is reasonable, I'm still checking the battery life if it's bad or the distance is not true I'll come back and update my review with the three star instead of four.If you're looking for the shock feature I would stay away from this and try one that doesn't require some sort of weird shock extender device
