Q: My dog's length is 29 inches, and chest girth is 21.5 inches exact (full circle) and a little lose is 22 inches. Would she be a medium or large?

Your Dog sounds too large for the product. She will fit in large, but unless you're Superman, you will not carry her more than 100 yards.
