Awesome computer
I had gone about 6 years since buying my last laptop. I needed something up to date, fast, and efficient. I decided to purchase this Acer all in one and I am so glad I did. This computer is fast, easy to use, and capable of completing complex tasks. The 27" screen is totally awesome with magnificent clarity and color.

Great for entrepreneurs!
Amazing product that fulfills all your business needs. If you are an entrepreneur and need a computer to manage spreadsheets, internet browsing and “basic” stuff, this AIO is definitely for you.

Great Computer - Easy to Set Up
Works well, great performance. If you already have a Microsoft 365 account, setup is even easier - it restores everything, including your Office apps and files to the new computer. I also liked that the camera has a privacy cover so I don't have to use a piece of folded cardboard to cover the camera anymore. With Windows 11, and the way W11 lets you tile all your apps, the 27" screen has plenty of real-estate and I don't need a second monitor anymore.Only downside is the keyboard. The keyboard is a flat keyboard and the letters are hard to see depending on the light. I'm not a tough typist, so I have to be able to see the keys. I swapped it out with my Logitech keyboard and mouse that I used on my other computer and those work great.

Great computer for the money but check that mouse battery
I was finally really pleased with this computer. It's sleek, simple, beautiful screen, pretty fast and has lots of good features. But setup was unnecessarily hampered by one small problem. I couldn't make the mouse work. I managed to get by with keyboard taps eventually, but then took out the battery to see if it was in properly. About the third time I took it out I finally noticed that the battery supplied with the mouse actually had a thin tight plastic film on it--almost invisible. I peeled it off and voila--working mouse. Save yourself some grief and get that plastic cover off the battery.

Defective Acer computer.
I feel that this is a defective model, as this has ceased to function with two different units. We have an Acer laptop that has given us no trouble.
