I got these to help uplift my husband

I got the Cats Against Anxiety cards for a gift for my son and decided to try the Dogs Against Anxiety cards for myself. I read the product description and reviews so I was not surprised at the small size, slightly smaller than a deck of playing cards. I have a few suggestions for improvement, however. First of all, they need to add a Min Pin. Why are there no Min Pins in this set of cards?! The cards could definitely use some happier looking dogs and Min Pins are the cutest, happiest dogs to be found. The quality of the cards and box could also be improved with laminating. All that aside, the suggestions on front and back of the cards are based on reliable CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) techniques that are effective at reducing anxiety. The small sized cards are made that way intentionally to conveniently fit into a wallet or pocket for use throughout the day. Despite not having Min Pins, happier looking dogs, better quality cards, or a more affordable price, I gave the Dogs Against Anxiety cards 5 stars because they work, if you use them. There is no instruction book but the cards would be great to bring to individual or group therapy sessions. The cards could be the subject of a class or even used in the classroom. There are endless possibilities. They make a great gift if paired with a CBT book or suggestions on how to use them.

Quality is good! Bought for my 15 year old granddaughter, sometimes people need a little inspiration!

Good quality, heavy card stock. These would be good for adolescents/teens/adults. Did these with friends.

My mom got me these for valentine’s day and they have been in my list since july. They were fun cards with affirmations and therapy exercises on the back. Me and my mom thought they would be bigger but they are just the size as playing cards. When you’re paying $20-$15 on these I think they should be a bit bigger or shown that they are smaller. But other than that they are cute.

I bought this for a co-worker as a stocking stuff or she really likes it. I looked at them and thought they would be great therapy Icebreaker starter cards.

Bought this for my friend who loves dogs and she definitely appreciated the little notes of affirmation for those days she needed a pick-me-up.

These little cards are great. The card suggestions are just enough to get me focus on something positive, or how to handle an issue. I sent a set to my friend who was having problems and she liked them too. I pull a card when I need to and do what the doggie suggests.
