Great Sleep Aid!
Great value! Taste is good too. Helps me go to sleep after drinking a bit too much coffee or being all ramped up for whatever reason and need to go to bed. No side effects, but make sure you get your allotted sleep time or you might be a little drowsy in the morning.

Sleep, finally instead of napping!
It was nice to see they didn't waste a lot of packing for the product like some companies that use a giant bottle with a wad of cotton and a handful of product, this bottle was full and no cotton.I'm thrilled to have had several nights of real sleep instead of the usual napping, without feeling sluggish in the morning.Will definitely be reordering this.

At last...a simple, affordable OTC sleep aid that works so well for me
I have had trouble sleeping since I was a teenager. I've tried several prescriptions for sleep and they work for a short while but then stop. I don't like anything that is a controlled substance, legally prescribed or not. What I have been doing for some months now is this melatonin product. I've tried others in the past but his works better than most things I've tried. Still, after a lifetime of trying things, I tend to get 4-6 hours of sleep a night. And this product has made a very good improvement on that for me. I wake up rested without any "hangover-type" dullness. This works very well for me.

I’ve been very happy with the results of this melatonin. The flavor is good, dissolves in a few minutes, and has a great sleep effect. I find it works just as good as Ambien.

Great deal for the price
It's works well, wish it had a better flavor, maybe it's just my wife and I'd taste buds that are bad, live that it has vitamin B6 I wish it had some B12 to give me energy in the mornings but we find it works well for us
