The capsules are made from a cellulose derivative and are gluten-free and vegan. You can also open the capsules and pour the contents onto food or in a drink if that's easier for you. Q: Doed this contain Goitrogens?

I am unsure as I no longer have a bottle here. My little grandson who is on the Autism spectrum took it for a while, but is doing great and is not longer taking it.
