This arrived three days after I ordered it; a day earlier than the stated delivery date. I was initially a bit reluctant to part with the money, even though it was discounted as 'Used, Good'.However, four days later and outside daytime temperatures are in the thirties. Inside my small flat they are now in the low twenties. I was a bit worried when it showed an error code yesterday, but this was probably due to me setting it at the lowest temperature for hours. It is now ticking over at 21° on the 'Eco Real Feel' setting, which is comfortable.The exhaust pipe is very short, limiting the choice of places I can use it. Also, I have casement windows, which means the window needs to be open when I use it, (exhaust pipe sticks out of it). I therefore can't set it to turn on when I'm not at home.Had problems with the app recognising the device at first, but it worked when I turned the router off and on.It's big, bulky, and heavy; I don't know where I'm going to store it in winter. It's still early days, but I am glad I bought this.

The quality is good and it has a decent output.I bought it in June just before the weather turned, but when I did use it I was impresses with the cooling power.

Have to have it on a stool to be able to rea h the window for the pipe- the pipe is far too short - when in use it does the job and whisper mode is good

I can't fault the efficiency of this unit for cooling the bedroom, but given that "silent" was in the name I was surprised by how loud it is. When it is just the fan going the noise is fairly low, but if you want the air conditioning function actually on then it is loud. I've been turning it on a couple hours before going to bed, and that has cooled the room nicely. I wouldn't be able to sleep with it on in the room though.

If you were thinking this would be good because it has a companion app for your phone to have better control over the air con then go look elsewhere. It's a nightmare to setup, demands that you register an account, verify your emial address and after all that then it will get jammed trying to setup wifi settings for no good reason.At least it does cool the air in the room very well but it feels like there's an aircraft taking off when it is working. The silent in the name has nothing to do with sound, it's just some bull to get you to buy it.

Absolute waste of money . Hose too short and keeps disconnecting from the unit. Wi-Fi function difficult to connect no matter what you do.

Highly recommend the unit, cools the room down quickly and worth the money. Only issue is the hose is very short and difficult to maneuver.
