Very Good Product
I ordered these to help my three and a half year old son to better learn his letters. His twin sister was doing great learning hers but he has a much shorter attention span and is very active so I needed a more tactile method of teaching him. I used similar letter cards in my Montessori classroom but those are very pricy for home use and these do the trick at a fraction of the price. I also like that they help both my children to get the muscle memory of writing the letters with their little fingers since writing is still quite hard for them. These cards are a good size, quite durable and come in a nice storage box. I would love if this company made a upper case/lower case set but that aside I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Happy with the quality
I bought the uppercase and lowercase letters and they are both doing well. They are durable and i have not had a problem with letters peeling off, but my 10month old was able to take a bite out of one. The sandpaper does not feel too rough for me or my children. These cards are helping my son who is three but prefers baby talk. He likes tracing them and making the sounds and he has been speaking more, clear words now. My kindergarten nephew also likes them. We set them out three letters at a time to make a word and trace over the letters, connecting the sounds together, so he can read easier.I like that these cheaper but still effective alternatives to Montessori sandpaper letters were available for my family :)

Great early learning Montessori material
The tactile feature of these cards is great for toddlers and younger children. The cards are thick and sturdy and have a handy box for storage. If you’re looking for alphabet flash cards, skip the cheaper paper variety and spring for these instead - totally worth it.

Not great for really small fingers
The letters seem sturdy and an okay size. The box is a nice way to store them also. It seemed like they were going to work for the learning I was going to do with my 3 1/2 year old daughter. We began using the letters, which she was really excited about, and willingly sat and worked with me. However, 5 minutes later, she said she wanted to do something else and kept rubbing her finger. I asked her to show me her finger and I found it to be red and very irritated and sensitive. I was concerned that this would happen so we had made sure to barely rub her finger along the letters. The product I think will work fine for much older children but if a child has smaller, more delicate hands then the sand paper may be too rough, as was the case with my daughter.

Great letters, but design flaw when buying both sets
I really like these, and so do my two preschool age kids. They love tracing the letters and picking out the ones they know and them drawing the same letter in rice/sand/etc.We haven't had them very long, but the quality seems fine to me for the purposes they're made for.One big con--I ordered both the uppercase and lowercase letters, imagining that we could use them for matching games, learning upper and lower-case together, etc. The problem is that the letters aren't to the same scale, so the lowercase ("little") letters are actually bigger than most of the uppercase letters. I'm not sure what Didax was thinking! My almost-four-year-old kept insisting that the lowercase were the "big" letters because they are, in fact, bigger. Not helpful when learning upper and lower-case. It's a major design flaw, in my opinion.Still, I'm glad I have both sets, even though I won't be able to use them together until he already knows upper and lower-case.

Great for learning letters
These helped both of my children (age 3 and 2) identify their letters quickly. They enjoy tracing their fingers on the shape of the letters while they say the letter name and sound. Sometimes when they are stumped on a letter they will hold the card and trace it and will remember it. I think the tactile part of these cards is a major + in teaching. I do wish they were a little bigger.

Best flashcards ever
Best flashcards ever. Our two and a half year old traces the sandpaper with his finger, really learning how to draw the letters, and saying the letter and the sound it makes. Durable thick cards, very impressive. Great work. Also, all the cards are the same color. Cards in different colors with confusing pictures on each card are counterproductive to learning. Kids associate certain colors with certain letters, which impedes learning and adds to confusion. The same color is a huge plus, and something that after tons of research, we were really looking for. Great work, excellent product, 10/10, thank you so much, we really appreciate it.

Great Autism learning tool
I purchased these for my autistic grandson. These are great for sensory seekers as they fulfill that tactile need to feel different textures. We use our fingers to trace over the sandpaper letters.
