I bought these to make and use as Cord Keepers!!! I'm not sure if the product specs tell how narrow in width these are. If I measured right, these are close to being 1cm wide! The more narrow width didn't impair the functionality!!! The colors are bright just as shown! That's one of the reasons that I purchased these Cable Straps!!!The first thing I did was make a Cable Strap or Cord Keeper for my laptop. I bought a used laptop and it didn't have a Cable Strap (or Cord Keeper, as I call them.) It's very important to me to have a Cable Strap for my laptop cord!!! I know that a rubberband would do, but all my other laptops have had a Cable strap (with a Velcro End) included.These Hook & Loop Cable Straps are double sided, so they stick together very easily! They work just like Velcro, but you don't need 2 different pieces which is very nice!!!

I liked that it came in different colors. Adheres well, can be cut to customize the size you need. It's reusable. A good value for the money

These are very narrow, best used for light or smaller cords and cables. I'm using them for my kitchen appliance cords (blender, IP, food processor cord, etc), works good enough for what I need them for and the different colors are nice too. I like being able to tie up and hide the cords behind my appliances so my countertops stay neat and clutter free.These would work nicely for phone charging cables and the behind the TV or under desk cord clutter. Very convenient that each piece can be cut to the length you need and sticks to itself.For the thicker cords or cables, using enough to wrap around at least twice will help them stay put. The cord to my instant pot is very thick, so even though I can get it to work a wider tie would work and hold better. I will look for a more heavy duty fastening tape for my larger household items.

I bought these to keep an adjustable purse strap from going all over the place when I grab the strap - works great for that but could be used for getting various wires out of the way, holding broken items together, clothing malfunction, the lust us endless. Having these is along the same lines of having a screwdriver or box cutter. Just.handy.

I bought a roll of velcro cable ties on Amazon circa 10 years ago. It was a roll of 100. Even in a household with more cables than average, it took a long time to go through 100 cable ties ;) A month or so ago I reorganized my glass studio and realized that these solved hte problem of rubber bands which disintegrate leaving a mess on my glass. The rest of the roll disappeared quickly and I cmae back to buy another. I wish I had purchased the same ones I bought before. These are nowhere near as thick or sturdy and do not have a cut out for cinching. There are a lot of them, and I do like having multiple colors. For my intended use it makes htem easier to sort and label, BUT the quality isn't there.I am likely going to bo back and replace all the ties I used on my (bundled) glass with these, just so I can recover the other, bnetter quality ones for use with our electronics, etc, or just buy another roll (though I have a lifetime suppply here).There is a reason these are so inexpensive. Lowest quality velcro ties I have ever seen. Good for light duty use, but they are thin enough that they sometimes break when pulling one off the roll.
