Better than coffee! I usually have this first thing when I wake up and I am super focused and energized well into my day. Sometimes I take more in the afternoon and also feel like I can either relax or keep going with a lot of focus. Also great for long road trips. I did Seattle to Fresno and felt pretty good.

They didn't taste bad and help alot

The amount of sugar in these things is too much! They actually taste like sugar. I would much rather have more mushroom amount in it than the sugar. But they definitely do help with brain clarity. Do not take them before bed as you will have trouble sleeping, at least I did.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE stomach issues. There's no way it is the natural ingredients described on the package. These put me out of work for 3 days after only taking for one dose for 2 days. Bloating, cramps, SEVERE stomach issues, diarrhea - my body was doing everything it could to get this substance out of my system. These are not mushroom gummies, and this company should be shut down for poisoning people.
