Wonderful in stir fry
For many years, I bought these noodles when I visited an import grocery at the nearest large city, three hours from home. However, during the COVID pandemic the noodles became hard to find in the store or online. One day, while browsing on Amazon, I decided to look for them. I was delighted to find the noodles, so I ordered them.I boil them in water until they are just tender and then add them to my stir fry. I love that they keep their texture and don’t become over soft, unlike some substitute noodles I tried. I plan to order these noodles from Amazon in future. It is so much more convenient than waiting to visit the city store.

Great texture!!!
I tired this brand and I personally prefer it to Japanese soba! The texture of these noodles are super smooth and not gritty at all. They are also full of protein and cook in less than ten minutes so it makes the perfect quick lunch or dinner paired with your favorite sauce.

Best Ramen
Follow instructions 6 minutes in boiling water.I make several different broths to enjoy with these noodles. Why pay $$ for a bowl of Ramen.Store extra cooked noodles in fridge in Ziplock for several days. With ready made broth you have an instant meal

They were great. Not as thick as the restaurant, but we were pleasantly pleased
