2.89 capasacin vs 0.025% available in US, make sure you can handle the heat.
just be aware this is 2.89% (almost 3) capsaicin as active ingredients. other US approved brands are at 0.025 %.. This could be useful for you, but just be aware of the heat that it will bring to your skin. I was looking for something 0.2% that is available in certain countries , but didnt find that on amazon. Went for this and boy it brings the heat. just be careful if you can handle it or not.

Trash, placebo patches
These patches should not be sold by Amazon. ZERO heat, ZERO anything….. just a patch. I couldn’t believe it. Can’t get a refund because I tried several . I have purchased many others, great , I figured I would try this brand. It is a light brown patch with holes in it. That’s all!

It was too much for my skin, had to remove to stop the burning.

Great if you can get it on
This patch easily folds in on itself on the adhesive side. When (not if) that happens, good luck trying to peel it apart. Somebody warned you. It's best if someone else applies it, but even then, there is a big risk that it will fold on itself. It works great if you can attach it completely intact, but after four uses, that has happened for me only once. Would I recommend it? Probably not.

Fast Acting Pain Relief
Have been using an expensive brand name for years. Found this equivalent alternative--same capsacin percentage for literally dollars less per item.
