It adds a whole new exciting dimension to your workout. I have the 7, 10, 15, and 20 lb.The 7 and 10 lb are manageable for me.The 15 lb is limited.The 20 lb is a wrecking ball.These are basically indestructible except for the paint. Eventually I would like to see mine with no paint. Then I would put gun bluing on these medieval clubs.

I bought this Gym Mace with the intent to get back in to stretching and calisthenics and was a couple of days in to that when a new use arose.A car plowed through my fence and after it was towed away, I was left with an old fence to replace. Embarrassingly, I didn't have a sledge hammer or an axe handy. But I did have the Gym Mace.It made short work of bashing the old fence apart.I love this thing.

While I was excited to receive this, there was a sound of a loose plastic piece inside the handle. Contacted Amazon and thankfully, customer service was nice enough to offer for me to keep the item and ended up drilling a hole in the bottom to retrieve whatever was sliding around inside. Found out it was a loose piece of plastic during manufacturing. The handle isn’t solid but that’s fine, the weight was slightly off but still effective for my workout regiment

I LOVE this thing, and it keeps workouts fun.Only issue is the coating on the ball has chipped off slightly. I live in an apartment with concrete slab under the carpet. It seems to have been from setting it down on the floor.Not a big issue, I may get the local LineX truck bedliner company to give it a new coat. Then it will never chip or scratch again!

It does what it's made to do... it's a stick with a heavy end. What I didn't like is that it comes out of the box already beat up. If I'm paying this much for equipment, I want to put the scars on it. Not a big deal, but an irritation.
