It's easy to use, we charged it and used it right away. It's not silent but quiet enough to not scare a baby, we turned it on a minute before putting it on him so he's used to the sound. The vacuum is not strong but works well enough to collect the big hairs, but there will be small hairs falling so better use a bib or something. Overall we're satisfied with the product.

Great product. Works well, well made, and quiet. Vacuum doesn’t really work well but that’s okay. Instruction manual in Mandarin (Chinese) no English or others.

We wanted to shave our newborn head and was hesitant to go to saloon since baby is so prone to infections so we got this tool and it worked in less than 10 mins we were done. We took 10 mins as we are very cautious.

I really liked this hair clips! My 3 month baby didn't freak out at all, it is very quiet. And also I really liked the vacuum part, hairs were not all over the place. It works very smoothly!

الماكينة رهيبة كنت أتمنى ان يكون الشاحن الخاص بها مثل شواحن الموبايلات علشان لو ضاع ما نتورط ولكنها كثير حلوه صوتها منخفض وابني ما خاف منها وحلوه تجمع الشعر داخلها بحيث ما يوسخ الطفل ويجي معاها راسين كل واحد فيهم مقسم قسمين فوق مقاس 3 وتحت مقاس 6 والراس الثاني فوق 9 وتحت 12 وفيه قطعة احتياط مرفقة. الماكينة جميلة جداً من اول استخدام ان شاء الله تستمر بهذي الطريقة 🌷
