Not sure how well it works. Would add milk thistle, selenium as well. But bottle received was expiring within the week... is it safe? IDK Is it ok to sell outofdate vits? Dont think so.

Taken one course of them not sure of the effect they are having on my system, I think I will stop them to compare the alternative effect if any.

Quality Vegan Society Approved complex - that's very affordably priced...
It's a pleasure to come across a dedicated supplement, in this case designed for liver support, that's modestly priced - which just shows it can be done. This UK-made supplement from Yrhealth is also Vegan Society Approved and the pack I received had a good Best Before date of the end of July 2023.There are 60 easy to swallow gluten free capsules in the amber plastic pack and at the recommended 2 capsules per day serving these should last for one month. The main ingredients here are Choline, Vitamin D3, Vitamin C and Iron and the product is responsibly made to GMP standards.I ordered this Advanced Liver Complex as part of my continuing campaign to improve my gut health. I like the apparent quality, I like that they're vegan - and I love the price.

These little beasts pretty much tick all the boxes. They have most of the usual check list of essential supplement basics.... vegan... gmo.... etc etc.Just a one month supply so will need regular resupply, but at under £7 (at time of writing) that's not really a big deal. And on that note, it's a bargain price with the list of ingredients, extra extra so when you can pretty much drop your multivit when taking these.Great for a bit of liver support and detox after a heavy session or 2, or just to support a body cleanse.Highly recommended
