Very good product and the straps really helpful for using on any part of the body independently.

The three separate compartments are really great, which means you can wrap that around your arm or leg quite easily.The straps/velcro do not stay on by themselves, but they are great to use for holding it in place (with your free hand)

for some reason doctor suggested my mom hot and cold therapy for her knee, so i gifted her this reusable hot/cold gel pouch and she is very happy as it is so convenient to use and easy and safe as well. it definitely does what it claims. overall happy with this product.

The cloth opened after one use and the gel came out. i had to fix it with fevikwik as the timeline to return was over. However it workd for long once kept in freezer for cold therapy on pain or sports related injury. and also works fine for heat therapy on old sprians and strains.

Very good material, and product.

Am using the product since sometime now… it does its work but the gel freezes and becomes hard like ice.
