These Are Super Cool Lights
I bought two packs of these for $20 each for my son. He loved the idea of putting them together in his own patterns. The colors are super bright (can be dimmed) and vibrant. He loves all the settings, especially when music is played and the lights go with the beat. They are simple to set up but I wasn't crazy about the circular adhesive tape that goes on each light. I was concerned about too much damage to the walls when they get removed. So, I ended up buying a thin piece of wood and cut it to the pattern my son liked, attached a picture hanger then hung it on the wall. Can't see the wood and I don't have to worry about damage to the walls.Like other reviews, the adhesive circles that are included are terrible. I had to buy command tape instead. Otherwise, everyone loves these, we definitely recommend them.

Great hexagons
These hexagons work great and are fairly easy to understand, however it is a struggle to keep them on the wall. They stay on the wall for a pretty long time, but once they fall off for the first time, it is like trying to do the impossible keeping them on the wall. I tried gorilla double sided tape, putting screws in my wall to hold it up, taping it to the wall, and more, and it just keeps falling. It could be my wall being dirty though so it will probably be different for you. They do work amazing though. You can control them by pressing them and by using the remote. They are pretty big and can light up at least half of your room depending on the size. They have many different color options and look great.

Very good for the price
I’ve been looking into something like this for my son with autism for a while but they were always so expensive. These were on sale so for the price I took a chance. They feel kind of cheap but the light works wonderfully it’s very bright and the remote allows you to change the colors easily. You can also tap them to change colors which works decently well. The adhesive they provide is garbage lol I used the command hook stickies and they worked perfect just don’t rely on the provided adhesive tabs. Otherwise for the price it’s a great value!

Pretty cool until it fell off and took my wall with it
Very cool with lots different settings- it said you could connect up to two packs but 6 fell off the wall overnight (cleanly) and took the other 6 with it, destroying the wall. It would definitely be better if there was also an app to pick which options were available to the remote as some of the settings were a little to crazy for a toddler. I do plan to rehang them but working out how I can do it without the double sided sticker- might put it in a frame or hang on a bulletin board.Of the 12 lights, we have one light that gets out of sync about 50% of the time which is actually why I rated it lower than just the mounting issue.

Great lights if on sale (can synch more than 12 at a time and also use extensions for creativity)
The media could not be loaded. Got these for under $20 per set of 6 while on sale a few months ago. 1 hex did come with a rattling broken piece of plastic in it but I will forgive that as it didnt seem to impact anything else. Instructions say that you can hook up 12 at most, and I saw other reviewers mention problems. I was able to get 18 of them to run fine. The trick is to make sure you are providing enough power and at the right locations. If certain hexes appeaer faded/lighter than other areas, it probably is too far from the current hex that has the power plugged into it. I would distribute the power as much as possible instead of all in 1 spot. The example pic/vid I posted is of my setup (pawprint) as I wanted to use it as a makeshift memorial for my dog that I recently lost. You can use USB-A extension cables to space the hexes if you want. You only really need 1 of the sensors for the remote to be attached (unless you wanted different groupings). The sound reacting mode is pretty solid too and I was surpirsed with how bright these panels can really get. Of course they are remote only. I wish it was Google/Alexa compatible but for the price I paid I already am getting enough value. Would def reccommend if around the $20-30 mark for a set of 6.

Broke after 1 month of installing. Doesn't stick. Don't waste your money.
I bought this as a Christmas gift for my kid that loves to sing and dance. It's cool that the lights change colors to the beat of the music so it's like having a DJ in the bedroom. What sucked is that the sticky pads they give you don't work well so I had to use my own double stick pads. Then after a month of use, the lights light up but the remote and the listening device that controls syncs the lights to the beat stopped working. I sent a message to GE and no response after 3 weeks. Don't buy.

Didn’t withstand the test of time.
I purchased this product in August 2023. It’s beautiful I absolutely love the idea and how cool it makes my place look. Great technology coming out here. Making smart house dreams come true :). My set has just not really worked well since the first time I plugged them in. It’s almost as if the power doesn’t distribute through them as it should. Also not super easy to set up and secure. The 3M tape didn’t hold well. I still have them up but not lit they still look kind of cool. I’m dreading the damage of pulling the tape off the wall …
