Wonderful product that is easy to install.All of the tools necessary (except for your drill) are included.One note: drill a smaller ”pilot hole” before using the included drill bit, for easier cement installation.Look great and well made.

We just needed a small rail for steadying on a two-step rise. This rail fit the bill. Included instructions made it pretty simple to install, and it's more sturdy than I thought it would be. Looks nice, too. Planning to get one or two more!

Product is sturdy and well packaged. Install is straightforward however there could be a couple of minor improvements.1) The supplied concrete anchors use a flimsy looking sheet metal shield to lock them in the concrete. I would prefer they were a typical redhead style . But I understand the use of bolts in order to fit under the baseplate cover. I do not know how well they would last in am exterior application.2) The provided 10mm drill bit is rather short for drilling through the baseplate holes and is designed for an SDS Max drill instead of the typical SDS Plus drill. I wasn't even aware that you could get a 10mm SDS Max drill. Fortunately the supplied anchors worked fine with a 3/8" hole.3) The top bracket is more than 3 1/2" tall. If you're installing into blocking, it would be better to have a 2x6 or you can redrill the lower hole in the top bracket.4) The top bracket attaches with a stud and two cap nuts. It would look nicer to use the swivel bracket's Chicago screw.All minor issues. The product provides a secure handhold at a low price. I will use it again if I need another.

Great item will buy again. Just got these in today and installed one already. Very easy assembly. I did it by myself and install them on the steps. Very sturdy.

We needed a handrail for our front door, concrete steps, and this fit the bill well. It’s well-made and attractive. The instruction booklet though leaves something to be desired as I think it was missing a page - I had steps 1, 2, 3, and 6 but not 4 &5. Thankfully, I found a YouTube video that showed all the steps for installing this product. All in all I recommend this handrail.

This is exactly what I wanted. Very strong and easy to put together. Definitely worth buying. Easy to install to install.

Came complete with all the tools you’ll need which were of high-quality. The drillbit went through some tough concrete, although it was helpful to have a smaller bit to do pilot holes, which is reasonable given the depth.The aluminum railsshould hold up well and the assembled unit was extremely sturdy. Helps to have a half inch drill if you’re going through concrete.

If you’re putting it into concrete, you need to get a few more mason drillbits. I actually went out and had to get some shorter redheads cause I couldn’t get through the concrete and I had a plug-in drill plenty of bits. These concrete steps were poured using bags from Home Depot can’t be that hard…:) Looks great and very sturdy
