The size chart did not mention anything about shoe size. I measured my calf to get the correct sizing. I am also a size 10 women's shoe size. The foot bed is not very stretchy which causes the reinforced heel to hit at the back of my arch. I'd say the medium isn't sized for anything over a size 8 (or possibly even less) in women's shoes sizes. And I would hardly call the actual calf/ankle compression 15-20 mmHg.

I am satisfied with these compression hose. They wash and dry quickly and have held up well. They are providing compression without being uncomfortable. The color is good so that I can wear them with casual shoes without it looking like I have on support hose. Reasonable price too.

I can't believe that someone has deemed this sock a sellable product. It's too short, it's stiff and has very little stretch, the toe seam is torture and the top of the sock has a very loud thick circle....this sock is a complete failure in every design aspect. Amazon should rethink supporting this vendor (and BTW I never say that!!). ~ Ms Moretti's View

These are usually one of my favorite support stockings, but this lite version is shorter in the foot. Although my leg measured for size medium, I will exchange for a large.I exchanged, but the stretch memory of the fabric isn't working. Once you put them on, they stretch out and fall down and don't retain their shape. I guess I'll need to go back to Jobst brand.

Work very well and can’t tell I’m wearing them with skinny pant (jeans even) and flats. They are a perfect shade of “sheer”! Would buy again!
