I buy this for travel overseas where it’s impossible to get cream for my coffee! It works perfectly and I use a small battery blender with some of this in my coffee. When I come home I use what’s left in soups and casseroles.

I have bought heavy whipping cream for my coffee for years. I won’t be doing that anymore. I use a little frother to mix this into my Nespresso coffee as it is streaming into my cup and it blends easily. The taste is lovely- I believe I prefer it over “the real thing”.

Good product! Tastes pretty close to heavy whipping cream. I would definitely buy again. Less calories is a plus too.

Better value than Anthony's, which doesn't offer larger sizes, but not as good tasting, and doesn't mix quite as well, either, still a little clumpy even after whipping with a frother.3.5 stars would be right, were it available.

I haven't actually used it yet, but the idea of always having it in my kitchen for use, is exciting to me. I keep dried milk around too.
