actual 4 gauge wire! i work with #4 wire all the time. i usually have to use smaller crimps on wiring jobs. #6 crimps work great with most #4 wire. iv'e had some cheaper #4 use as small as #10 crimps. this wire is too big for #6 crimps. thanks for sending me some real #4 for my car stereo install! (even tho it is CCA). the soft silicone insulation is pretty good too! fine strands and flexible insulation for the win!

I have an electric car now! Ok, not really. But she will move right along with just the starter. Used these to build out a twin battery and my amps runs in my Beetle for a monster stereo. Worked great.

Great wire, definitely think enough to be true 4 gauge wire. Durable and flexible enough to be run hidden in my car. Good price for it all too. The fuse holder and fuse all came with it and it turned out to be the perfect length for my setup.

Kit worked perfectly to install a basic stereo in my Tahoe. Only issue I have is there wasn't a fuse included with the kit so I had to track one down locally before I was able to fire up the system.
