I have had problems with my digestive system for as long as I can remember, these have really really helped.

I am a firm believer in these pre/probiotics. I have multiple food sensitivities including dairy and gluten, but right now I am not avoiding those foods. I've noticed less stomach upset, less gas, and less toilet troubles as a result of taking these gummies daily. I got so tired of taking pills, and didn't want to eat yogurt every day, and these gummies were a much better option. They are so delicious that I have to remind myself that they are vitamins, otherwise I'll keep eating them. And they've helped with my digestion so much. Used to always get stomach aches, but since I started taking these, stomach deals with oily foods so much better. I ran out for 1 week, and during that time I got the runs. Won't be running out again. Definitely works, and is so yummy.

3/6/22: These gummies are quite tasty and an easy way to get your probiotics and probiotics. I take a number of capsule supplements and didn't want to add more to my regimen. Delicious gummies work for me.Though I would rather it didn't have 4 g of sugar per serving, my chief complaint is that it contains natural flavors. "Natural flavors" may sound harmless, but they aren't. They usually start off as something from nature, but by the time they're done processing them, they've become something toxic.I don't know what the natural flavors are in this product, nor do I know if they are toxic, so I'm giving the gummies 4 stars because they taste good and do what they're supposed to do.When they change "natural flavors" to cherry juice," or "berry juice," etc., I'll change my review the five stars.
