Pleasantly Surprised
Installed this little gem (Titan N85) in our two bedroom two bath house (1200 sq ft) in southwest Florida! We’ve had it a couple weeks and I am pleasantly surprised at what a great job it does. It may take a few moments for the hot water to reach certain sections of the house, but once it does, the water is HOT and stays consistently so. Keep in mind we’re in a warm weather climate which gives this unit a leg up before ask it to do its work. Also, as a rule we do not run multiple items at the same time, so we don’t ask it to extra heavy duty. For the price, ease of installation, and our power requirements for installation, we’re really satisfied.

More reliable than eco smart
I bought 2 eco smarts and had enough. This is made in USA and it shows. It’s more robust and reliable. Only wish it had an off switch on the unit. Hot hot water on demand. Not too much power draw either. I hooked it up myself but I’m a contractor and do most of my electrical.

Works well
This is a nice piece of equipment. Installs quickly, and gets a nice hot water, on demand.

Economical and practical
I’ve used the Titan previously in my Caribbbean condo. Now in my tiny home I’ve included. It’s better than a traditional H2O heater that may run all day. Hot water on demand just makes sense if you’re keeping a low carbon footprint.

Three Stars
The unit works well but then temp is not hot enough.

Works great with warmer ground water
We have installed these on 5 condos in Hawaii. They work great. This unit is for areas with warmer ground water. Takes simple electric set up (I think just 110. We have two other larger Titans in Califonria where ground water is colder and they take 220 I think.)
