Q: does kit now come with springs on struts or do you have to reuse yours?

the struts come loaded now with spring already on them.

Q: What is the need for the block for the rear.

Most people buy this kit because they want to put larger tires on their vehicle. In doing so, by installing the blocks in the rear it does 2x things. First, allows a little more space for bigger tires/rims. Second, keeps your ride height the same all the way around since the front strut tower/shocks have a spacer built into the strut tower to allow for the 2" increase over the factory ride height.
