Absolutely love this. I’ve used many of these types of sweat belts over the years and this is by far superior to any I’ve ever used. Love the thickness and material, the ease of securing under my workout shirt and it really gets the sweat going! 5 stars for sure!!

this is the second belt that I have bought and I lost some weight and my size has changed so I had to order a smaller size. very good belt.

Works wellHeavy duty material. Very thick. The velcro on it is a huge patch. Not small, easy to wear. Easy to clean. Wipe down after use size is great. It can fit up to a large person or a small person. Look at the dimensions in the size before ordering would recommend for anyone I use. Not as a waste reducer but as a back support say if I threw my back out or hurt my back. I put this around my ribs and back and it helps me but it also makes you sweat so it would be good for a waist reducer as well

as someone trying to finally get rid of my covid weight (yes i know that was years ago 😂), this has definitely helped with getting my gut to shrink. now i will say maybe get 2 as they do work but mines kinda got shredded from washing maybe. the 1st lasted a few months & i was washing it twice a week as i have other in rotation. still a great product for sweating the midsection off.

Smells terrible! Washed the belt several times and put it outside for several days. It still smells and now some of my gym clothes smell like a recapped tire.

Great for back support and sweating.
